Speed Sensor
Summary
The SH0002 Series Gear Speed Sensor detects the speed and direction of the rotation of a gear (made of magnetic material) based on Hall-effect. The rotation speed is measured by the magnetic field variation induced by gear tooth and slot. The output is two-channael square wave signal with 90°phase shift, and the rotation direction is determined by the lead/lag phase shifting.
